What You´ll Do
- Lead, coach, manage & motivate a team of sales engineers to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives for the assigned territory through territory mapping, key segment focus with project and account management, and optimum utilization of resources by leveraging on distribution channel, data analysis by executing ACM DIS2.0 strategy for territory sales team.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize technology shape based on product availability, profitability include manage forecast accuracy & A/R days.
- Identify market trends and customers developments, to address competitors’ activities and strategies; Explore market opportunities, manage product portfolio and explore assigned applications to achieve profitable sales growth.
- Establish dynamic distributor development cycle from scouting, selecting, empowering target and phasing out distributor to streamline distributor structure with channel team together based on territory business development needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for candidates from engineering-related major.
- At least 3-5 years of people management experience in prior roles.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in industrial consumables and familiarity with distributor management.
- Effective oral English communication skills are required.
