What You´ll Do

• Drive AI adoption by creating and delivering upskilling opportunities, leveraging internal communities (VivaEngage), SharePoint updates, and targeted email communications to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Support and grow the AI community within Henkel, encouraging collaboration and best practice exchange across global and local teams.
• Lead enablement initiatives for Adobe Firefly and HeyGen, including hands-on exploration, Q&A sessions, community management, insights gathering, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with the Global Digital Transformation Team to cascade AI strategies, ensuring alignment with global and local teams.
• Contribute to the rollout and adoption of AI solutions, supporting teams worldwide.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Ability to do a 12 month internship.
• Location: Barcelona (work permit is a must)
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT), MS Copilot, Adobe Firefly
• Education in Business Administration, Business Informatics or management
• Previous experience in international corporate environment is an advantage
• You are goal-oriented, self-driven, agile, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Passion for digital innovation, AI, and driving adoption of new technologies
• Ability to design and deliver upskilling initiatives for diverse audiences
• Previous knowledge and experience with various AI tools
• Ability to design surveys and analyse and present insights Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
