About This Position

• Execute the Supplier Quality strategy for APAC region and ensure that 3PM suppliers deliver high quality products to Henkel. Performing the programs and activities to develop Henkel 3PM supplier base, reducing the supplier complaints and improving quality KPIs.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Develops and executes 3PM supplier strategy in the region.
• Extracts and analyzes the suppliers’ complaints report, identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts the realization of Supplier Complaint Reduction Programs.
• Supports and delivers on the Supplier Evaluation Program.
• Supports Product Development in the selection process of new suppliers and joint development programs.
• Conducts the Audit Plan in the region by audit activities and auditor’s tasks (reports and database update).
• Supports and in some cases facilitates customer audits of 3PM suppliers and supports customer requirements implementation to suppliers.
• Supports the internal audit and external audit, and customer audits.
• Creates and revises quality documents in respective databases.
• Supports to apply the global strategy and program in the region.
• Supports in the suppliers’ claim process.
• Supports MOC Process for 3PM projects as defined in the procedure.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Master and/or Degree in chemistry or engineering.
• 8 or more years of experience in electronics industry (Quality and/or Engineering).
• Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, Food Safety, GMP.
• Know-how of electronics and semiconductors.
• Experience in internal and external audits using process approach.
• English advanced, or a second language speak in the region is desired.
• Experience in Customer Specific Requirements as applicable.
• Previous experience in working with SAP modules and/or Manufacturing execution systems.
