About This Position

Join a great agile team in the area of IT solutions for Henkel Consumer Brands, where you manage agile mindset and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe and Design Thinking and develop the team in self-organization. Be a part of a larger Agile community and their Communities of Practice to learn from other agile projects in Henkel.

What You´ll Do

  • Play a key role in shaping Henkel’s Digital Research and Development Platform within a scaled agile environment
  • Use Azure DevOps effectively to set clear standards that strengthen the team’s shared understanding of product goals and user stories
  • Guide the team by visualizing progress and ensuring transparency toward sprint goals
  • Act as a servant leader who supports the team and stakeholders, aligning people, processes, and tools while solving conflicts when they arise
  • Support and coach the product owner and development team to deliver customer value
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and focused team culture where product goals and continuous improvement matters
  • Shape your own career through training, development programs, and internal mobility

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT project management experience, including work as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager
  • Strong foundation in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe (with experience supporting multiple ARTs), Kanban, and BizDevOps
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, thriving in a highly international and intercultural business environment
  • Change advocate who actively drives adoption of new ways of working and supports execution of complex IT initiatives
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, virtual whiteboard tools (e.g., Miro, Mural), and Microsoft Office

Minimum salary: 2500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
