What You´ll Do

  • Manage warehouse and transportation operation with continually improvement, extend standard through SOP to all suppliers, and making the issue log tracking available, closed issue and no repeat to ensure their KPIs achieve targets.
  • Monitor leading KPIs to make sure an overall healthy development according to the set target in a holistic view, provide proactive alert to management for deviating areas and perform root cause analysis.
  • Handle exceptional issues, shipping related complaints from internal or external to keep customer satisfaction and minimize the negative impact.
  • Capable of guiding warehouse and transportation operations, coordinate warehouse, transportation, and manpower to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and propose improvements to build a lean, high-performing service model.

  • At least 5 years management experience in logistics-related areas.
