What You´ll Do

• Product development thermal management material for auto electronic.
• Develop new products to meet customer requirements within an agreed timeline. Responsible for communication, documentation and report of laboratory research work, patent writing.
• Support product engineer for scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement.
• Provide support to customers and internal team for thermal product application and technical problem solving if required.
• Daily lab maintenance following Henkel SHE/5s rules.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Master or above degree, with at least 3-5 relevant years working experience in product development.
• Thermal conductive material development experience (especially high thermal material for electronic devices) is preferred, silicones/fillers background are also considered.
• Good communication skills and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Good sense of overcoming difficulties/solving problems.
• Fluent verbal & written communication in English & Chinese.
