About This Position What You´ll Do

  • Support the Service Level Europe Performance Manager in day-to-day operational and analytical activities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports related to service level, supply planning, and operational KPIs
  • Assist in supply planning optimization initiatives, including data preparation, analysis, and follow-up actions
  • Support the harmonization and documentation of supply planning processes across the European network
  • Contribute to small-scope projects related to service level improvement, planning efficiency, and process standardization
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Planning team, including reporting, KPI tracking, and meeting preparation
  • Maintain and continuously improve planning tools, reports, and system setups in cooperation with senior planners
  • Collaborate closely with Production Planning, as well as key stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging, and Purchasing
  • Support activities related to RCCP and crisis management, including data collection, scenario preparation, and action tracking
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across planning systems and reports

What makes you a good fit

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • 0-1 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required (functions, pivot) & VBA is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
