About This Position What You´ll Do
- Support the Service Level Europe Performance Manager in day-to-day operational and analytical activities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports related to service level, supply planning, and operational KPIs
- Assist in supply planning optimization initiatives, including data preparation, analysis, and follow-up actions
- Support the harmonization and documentation of supply planning processes across the European network
- Contribute to small-scope projects related to service level improvement, planning efficiency, and process standardization
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Planning team, including reporting, KPI tracking, and meeting preparation
- Maintain and continuously improve planning tools, reports, and system setups in cooperation with senior planners
- Collaborate closely with Production Planning, as well as key stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging, and Purchasing
- Support activities related to RCCP and crisis management, including data collection, scenario preparation, and action tracking
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across planning systems and reports
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
- Experience with PowerBI
- 0-1 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills are required (functions, pivot) & VBA is an advantage
