Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation.
Is responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of TCS field team or project members.
To support new project, collect CTQ, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc..

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials/Automatic/Mathematics. etc.
Good experience on consumer device applications including soft goods, FATP, SMT, Component assembly, above 3 years’ experience about electrical industry.
Good knowledge of adhesive technology especially PUR, MMA chemistry and products, good Failure analysis experience.
Good experience on trouble shooting, support customer complaint.
Market development experience is preferred.
