What You´ll Do
- Build a strong network within the customer organization at all levels, including top executives.
- Translate the customer’s strategy and priorities into new opportunities and a joint innovation roadmap across the entire Henkel product portfolio.
- Be responsible for global and local revenue, profitability targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strategic account plans (short-/mid-/long-term targets) with clear implementation plans and present them to executives.
- Ensure the implementation of strategy, including product qualification, sales forecasting, CRM tool maintenance, monthly management reports, as well as quality and supply chain matters.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to cross-functional Henkel teams regarding account strategy, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Own a business development area within the team or lead a segment with virtual reporting lines.
- Act as an integral part of the international/local team and collaborate globally across functions to ensure smooth and seamless processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- >10 years Sales, Account Management or other customer facing experience.
- Industrial value-based selling experience a plus.
- Proven negotiating and business analysis skills.
- Strong capability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Strategy development and implementation.
- Experience with distribution channels.
