About this Position As a Laboratory Manager, you will lead laboratory operations and technical capabilities supporting electronic adhesives and advanced materials for electronic assembly technologies. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality laboratory execution while enabling customer projects, supporting sales and field teams, and contributing directly to regional business growth. You will be responsible for people leadership, lab governance, asset and budget management, sustainability initiatives, and close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and regional stakeholders.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead and Manage application, analytical, and assembly laboratory operations supporting adhesives used in semiconductor, component assembly, and electronic devices
  • Provide technical oversight for formulation evaluation, application testing, method development, and product qualification aligned with global standards
  • Act as a key technical interface to support field engineers and sales teams, ensuring laboratory work translates into customer value and business outcomes

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines
  • 8–12 years of experience in laboratory management, application engineering, or R&D environments within adhesives, electronics, or specialty chemicals
  • Strong technical expertise in adhesives and electronic assembly technologies
  • Proven experience leading laboratory teams, assets, safety programs, and budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales, field teams, marketing, and customers
  • Experience operating in regional or matrix organizations
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to digital tools, data management, and lab digitalization initiatives is an advantage
