About This Position

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of production equipment lifecycle and providing hands-on support for production operations. The role balances equipment maintenance, safety & compliance, technical improvements and team collaboration, serving as a key contributor to production stability and technology upgrades.

What you´ll do

  • Safety Compliance & Quality Management:
  • Enforce factory safety and quality operating procedures to ensure production activities meet regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Support internal and external audits of safety and quality systems to maintain compliance.
  • Equipment Operation & Efficiency Improvement:
  • Monitor daily equipment operation, perform routine maintenance and emergency fault diagnosis/repair to ensure stable, efficient equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and scheduled inspections to reduce downtime.
  • Abnormal Response & Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead in-depth analysis of equipment abnormalities (RCA), identify root causes and develop effective corrective/preventive actions; drive closure through coordination with production, process and other stakeholders.
  • Use equipment performance data and efficiency metrics to anticipate risks and intervene quickly to minimize unplanned stoppages.
  • Standardization System Development:
  • Prepare and revise SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), equipment registers and related documents; establish equipment operation records and traceability to standardize operations and ensure information traceability.
  • Technical Upgrades & Project Delivery:
  • Actively participate in commissioning and technical upgrade projects for automation equipment; lead consolidation and archiving of maintenance and tech-change documentation.
  • Author automation equipment operation manuals and provide on-site guidance and technical training for frontline operators.
  • Systems & Tools Application:
  • Proficient in HPS system PM and AM modules and in SAP; understand system logic to support equipment data management and business process integration.
  • Familiar with CILT, CL and AH modules, able to prepare related documentation and train online operators.
  • Auxiliary Duties:
  • Coordinate spare-parts procurement requests, issuance and inventory control, balancing cost and supply responsiveness.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors to support overall department objectives.

What makes you a good fit

  • College degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of equipment management experience in daily chemical or cosmetics manufacturing, including at least 2 years as an equipment supervisor or in a similar management role.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, strong analytical and learning ability, logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and careful work attitude.
  • Proficient with office software; able to read and write English.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed to handle urgent production tasks.
