About this Position Organize and oversee the manufacturing of products and be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Ensure efficient, productive, and compliant manufacturing processes that meet SHEQ, customer and Henkel requirements.

What You´ll Do

  • Develop and improve production methods & processes to be effective and ensure all production activities h follow local legal requirements and Henkel standards.
  • Review and monitor performance of daily production and initiate appropriate action plan.
  • Ensure the production activities are in safe condition, efficient, deliver high quality product to fulfill the customer demand.
  • Establish People development plan, training plan and succession plan for Production Department.
  • Comply with regulatory standards of the company.
  • Be a role model to ensure all production activities follow SHEQ standards.
  • Control and monitor the manufacturing expense within the budget, drive savings and continous improvements.
  • Support and safeguard NPI and BOM-MOC process, ensure successful introduction of new formulation into production scale.
  • Drive the productivity and quality improvement, digitalization and cost savings.
  • Lead people-focused initiatives, ensuring effective talent management, and promoting a culture of growth and engagement to support organizational objectives.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards and compliance.
  • Solid experience in Quality Management Systems (COMP/CCMS).
  • Proven ability to drive productivity, cost control, and process improvement.
  • Experience managing full processing cost and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
