About this Position We are looking for a strong regional leader to head the Asia Coloration Packaging function. In this role, you will lead and develop a cross-regional team, define and execute the packaging strategy for the Coloration category, and drive impactful packaging projects across Asia in alignment with Henkel’s global and regional business strategies.

- Lead and develop the Asia Coloration Packaging team, with core sites in Shanghai and Tokyo
- Define and drive the regional packaging strategy for the Coloration category, aligned with: Henkel’s global strategy; Asia regional and local business priorities; Short- and mid-term business goals
- Deliver company and team targets through strong priority management and effective communication
- Lead and oversee key packaging projects and NPIs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Represent Asia Coloration Packaging in critical internal and external stakeholder interactions
- Continuously improve packaging-related processes, efficiency, and ways of working
- Create additional value through packaging innovation, sustainability initiatives, and cost optimization
- Foster a collaborative culture and ensure talent development through coaching and feedback
- 5+ years of packaging experience in the FMCG industry, with regional or global exposure and a proven track record of impactful projects
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading cross-regional teams or project groups with an adaptive and collaborative leadership style
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Technology, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials and technologies, including Plastics, paper, metal, glass, flexible packaging Decoration, dispensing, molding technologies; Fluent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Japanese
- Strong capabilities in change management and team development
