About This Position

What you´ll do

• Act as contact partner for research‑related topics for Senior Management in dx and beyond, while demonstrating a strong passion for new technologies
• Translate strategic priorities into targeted research activities on relevant technology, future trends, competitors’ activities
• Screen curated news, conduct interviews and perform exclusive evaluation of tech trends & business models shaping the CPG and Manufacturing industries & beyond
• Build-up own technology intelligence model for Henkel dx and beyond
• Ensure and facilitate cross-organizational and academic knowledge exchange on ongoing research initiatives and new business model opportunities
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Social Sciences with 3+ years of work experience after completing your degree
• Strong background in strategy consulting, corporate or startup roles with expertise in digital strategy, IT transformation, infrastructure, AI, data/analytics, cloud, or cybersecurity
• Proven academic and professional excellence, strong research aptitude, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with research databases (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, CBInsights) is a plus
• Combines strategic thinking with analytical skills, problem‑solving creativity, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, works effectively in global teams, and communicates complex ideas clearly and collaboratively
• Fluent English skills, German language is plus, but not mandatory
