What you´ll do

• Responsible for following up equipment failure improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven.
• Maintenance and repair the equipment in Yantai plant. Make downtime analysis and continue improvement for equipment. Installation and adjustment for new equipment.
• Continue improvement to avoid the safety and environment risk and energy saving for equipment.
• Do daily check for all equipment and implement preventive maintenance by maintenance plan.
• Carry out assigned task.
• Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
• Follow SHE&Q requirement IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/270001 etc.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Mechanical and Electrical automation related major.
• 3-5 years working experience.
• Capable of withstanding pressure.
• Good communication skills and a good team player.
• Low voltage electrician certificate.
