About this Position This position supports day-to-day HR operations at the plant site while providing hands-on exposure to core HR processes. The HR GDP Intern works closely with the HR Business Partner to support employee life cycle management, HR administration, and people-related initiatives, while also assisting in learning and development activities that contribute to employee capability building and organizational effectiveness.

- Support the HR Business Partner in providing day-to-day HR support for plant operations
- Manage and support Employee Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes, including hiring, onboarding, contract changes, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in HR systems
- Provide operational HR support at the plant site, including handling employee inquiries, customer audit which is related to HR policies, procedures, and HR system
- Support employee engagement, culture, change initiatives, and various HR projects in alignment with the HR BP and People Managers, including continuous improvement activities
- Prepare HR-related data analysis, ad-hoc reports, presentations, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and confidentiality
- Coordinate company-wide training and development programs in alignment with corporate HR and business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of practical HR experience (including internships or HR projects) preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to handle confidential HR information
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and eager to learn, adapt and collaborate in a professional work environment
