What You´ll Do
- Combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote and sell complex technical products to clients
- Looking up business opportunities and finding proper solutions for the customer, including products and services
- Provide technical input into proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and implementation plans
- Supervise Henkel product use, including on-site measurements and lab activities
- Drive process improvements, product replacements, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle customer requests and complaints
- Support logistics: stock level management, production reporting, and monthly product demand calculation
- Complete customer surveys and documentation
- Manage customer portals and plant access
- Purchase equipment/substances and maintaining company assets
- Participate in required trainings (SHE, antitrust, product trainings)
- University degree in technical management/engineering, preferably in chemical engineering
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in similar position, preferably with OEMs or Tier1
- Fluent English & Spanish language skills are required
- Technical expertise to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical information and building client relationships
- Strong presentation skills, delivering message to top management level
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and find customer-centric solutions
- Solid sales skills, including outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams for a cohesive work environment
- Experience working with databases and knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence category B
- Territory: Palencia, Barcelona, Valladolid
