About This Position

  • Product development thermal management material for electronic consume and edge devices.
  • Provide support to customers and internal team including manufacturing and TCS/Sales for existing thermal product line.
  • Daily lab 5s maintenance.

What you´ll do

  • Develop new products to meet customer requirements within an agreed timeline. Responsible for communication, documentation and report of laboratory research work, patent writing.
  • Support product development engineer for scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement.
  • Support application engineer and business on technical problem solving if required.
  • Follow Henkel SHE/5s rules.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master or above degree, with at least 3-5 relevant years working experience in product development.
  • Thermal management project experience is preferred, or silicones/fillers background are also considered.
  • Good communication skills and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Good sense of overcoming difficulties/solving problems.
  • Workable in English communication.
