  • Update and enrich Statistical Forecast before submission to Supply Planning.

  • Ensure data cleansing and historical adjustments for assigned clusters.
  • Support regional S&OP and Supply Review processes when required.
  • Chair local S&OP meetings, prepare inputs (demand review / inventory / slow movers / shelf life) and actively participate in supply reviews and escalation meetings in order to ensure proper and timely goods availability.
  • Validate and challenge commercial or supply proposals to ensure a realistic and high-quality demand plan.
  • Monitor inventory, stock structure and slow movers to identify and prevent potential impact on the business.
  • Monitor Service level development on Market and Top Customers levels, analyze biggest deviations from the target.
  • Cooperate with Supply and Production Planning to assure goods availability in time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing and Controlling.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as complexity reduction, customer collaboration projects, and export planning coordination.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Business Administration / Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, ideally in FMCG or a dynamic commercial environment.
