About This Position
- Executes local sales plans in line with APP strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective growth opportunities.
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
- Coordinates with AE to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.
- Generate new business by identifying & developing new applications and extend customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers to achieve or exceed sales target.
- Beat the sales target, secure new business opportunities by using ACE tool and providing on time and accurate sales reports to supervisor to cater sales forecast and contribute high project closing rate.
- Make expected no. of sales callsand conduct workshop/seminars or customer training sessions (schools) for creating sales opportunities.
- Provide firsthand trouble shooting support to customers, coordinate with all related departments (AE, QA, CS…) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Required Qualifications.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in chemistry or Food safety related.
- 8+ years working experience in packaging or adhesive industry is better.
- Understand packaging or adhesive market and have own resources.
- Workable verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and personal development.
- Sales experience in foreign company highly preferred.
