About This Position
- Lead the Regional Product Manger team in US, EMIEA, Japan and Korea to implement the global product portfolio strategy, manage the product lifecycle in supporting product launches and sampling, leading product changes, product classification, product compliance, product complexity management as well as profitability improvement, whilst establishing the collaboration & cooperation with Operation, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Product Regulatory to support business growth with lower cost and reporting any risks.
- Lead team to execute the global product portfolio strategy and align on the product portfolio priorities with global PPMs.
- Lead team to initiate and monitor the MOC projects for raw materials replacements, raw material dual sourcing and others, monitor MFO, BCP and localization projects at regional level to maintain existing business.
- Lead team to support new products scale-up and launches e.g. IDH creation, cost estimation, product label design etc.
- Lead team to identify and execute cost saving projects, manage the low/negative margin products to drive profit growth.
- Lead team to manage the product lifecycle management e.g. product classification, product complexity reduction, product promotion and sampling.
- lead team to drive value adding collaboration and process improvements with x-functions e.g. supply chain, Purchasing, Operation, PS&RA etc. to better support business and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage ad-hoc supply crisis and critical product quality issues etc..
- Continues driving team performance improvement, upskill team and support the career development.
- Excellent degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
- Proven English speaking and written ability.
- 5-10 years’ working experience as global product management.
- Latest working experience in semiconductor, consumer device or chemical industries.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead the complex initiatives with X- function team.
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and professional at X-function and X-SBU collaboration, negotiation skills.
- Solid people management experience.
- Self-motivated and result oriented. Have passion on problem solving.
