About this Position To maximize sales and value add of the assigned sales territory by developing new business and maintain existing accounts. The end result is to achieve the sales revenue target. Role is based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Execute short-, mid-, and long‑term sales plans in line with SBU strategy
- Maintain and grow existing customers; identify and acquire new customers
- Drive customer roadmap and manage CRM (ACE) growth opportunities through closure
- Implement pricing actions according to commercial guidelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide insights to Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
- Coordinate with Application Engineering for line trials, technical requests, and complaint resolution
- Deliver territory KPIs, including Organic Sales Growth and Profit Contribution for assigned accounts
- Position based in Surabaya, Indonesia
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the furniture or building components industry
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English; Chinese language skills are preferred for effective communication with key stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills
