About this Position The Material Master Data Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of the data that powers Henkel’s global operations. In this role, you’ll guide a team of specialists who maintain critical material data used across supply chain, production, and business decision‑making. You’ll be joining a collaborative, service‑oriented team within Henkel’s GBS+ organization—an environment that values continuous improvement, operational excellence, and people development. As the team’s focal point, you’ll shape ways of working, support process enhancements, and foster a culture built on accountability and growth. What You´ll Do

- Lead and manage a team of Material Master Data specialists by communicating goals, performance expectations, safety standards, and deadlines while fostering motivation, development, and accountability
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations including team meetings, trainings, onboarding, and coordination with global Henkel counterparts through calls and digital collaboration channels
- Serve as the second‑level support for escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution and high‑quality service delivery across all master data activities
- Generate accurate and timely performance and KPI reports to support employee performance evaluation and operational decision-making
- Ensure all team deliverables meet required timelines, quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement, process harmonization, and cost‑saving initiatives
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to support team capability building and professional growth
- Actively contribute to GBS+ quality objectives, including compliance with ISO standards, continuous improvement (CI), and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration or any related courses
- With at least five (5) years of relevant experience leading or supporting operational teams; Background in Master Data Management is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal communication in a fast-paced, service‑oriented environment; With the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across global counterparts
- Proficiency in SAP user (SAP MM required) with hands-on experience managing and validating material master data; Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and support process enhancements
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, enabling efficient report creation, data analysis, and presentation of insights; Able to create meaningful dashboards and summaries for leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with proven experience collaborating across diverse functions and regions; Skilled in building trust, setting expectations, and facilitating aligned decisions
- Strong leadership and people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team capability development; Able to foster a positive team culture while driving accountability and continuous improvement
