About This Position

• Plan and manage the category business plan for the area according to the company's requirements, ensure campaign execution and investment efficiency, optimize distributor and channel P&L management.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Plan the long-term and short-term category business plan for the channels and regions according to the company's requirements.
• According to the business plan, formulate promotion strategy for the channels or regions, and track and ensure the execution and investment efficiency of the promotional activities.
• Formulate business plans for the corresponding channels according to the category development guidelines set by MSP.
• Help distributors to explore opportunities in business and optimize P&L.

• College degree or above.
• 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
