About This Position

  • Diagnose Henkel ECOM trade marketing management and deliver constructive solution.
  • Define ECOM Color development strategy and plans that deliver category/sub-category growth based on shopper and customer.
  • Define ECOM Color activity calendar and set objectives and execution KPIs by Platform/ECOM stores.
  • Propose optimal investment for ECOM and ensure all investment is properly released, tracked, reviewed, and evaluated.

What you´ll do

  • Deep dive on ECOM shoppers insight and ECOM by platform channel insight.
  • Work with MKT to define category development strategy and channel development support.
  • Work with ECOM KA team to define plans, I&O, activity grid and investment pre & post effectiveness evaluations.
  • By customer Investment allocation and ROI analysis.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree+.
  • Full-time university.
  • 5 years+ experience in Beauty care/personal care FMCG company, EC KA experience is a must.
  • Can-do attitude, learning agility, strong responsibility and proactive communication.
  • Data oriented and sensitive.
