About this Position This position manages contract manufacturing organizations to ensure timely supply of quality products, optimizes CMTG operations through a make-or-buy strategy in partnership with relevant teams including SBU, and ensures compliance with social standards, SHEQ, inventory control, and performance in line with legal and Henkel requirements.

- Review and evaluate 3PM compliance performance regularly with support from relevant site compliance professionals.
- Collaborate and conduct 3PM audits in line with corporate standards, including SHE, Q, and Social Standards, as per plan and follow-up actions.
- Partner with respective teams to optimize contract manufacturing footprint.
- Review key performance of technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost through monthly 3PM reports.
- Ensure effective systems are available to protect Henkel IP technologies, business information, and Henkel-supplied materials.
- Coordinate with Business, Purchasing, and relevant teams to select and consolidate tollers based on MOB (make-or-buy) strategy.
- Manage 3PM complaints through Henkel's CCMS and SCMS.
- Manage contract manufacturing organization and capability for the SBU to ensure on-time supply (OTIF) of quality products.
- Conduct annual review and stocktaking for CMTG suppliers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field is required.
- Experience in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) is preferred.
- Experience in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) management, including production processes, and/or inventory management, is preferred.
- Native proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English are required.
- An excellent command of MS Office is required
