What You´ll Do
- Organizes and implements all activities related to HPS (workshops, reports, roadmap...).
- Promotes continuous process improvement and active participation of all employees.
- Monitors the efficiency of production parts of the factory, analyzes OEE losses and suggests measures for improvement.
- Creates and controls the implementation of standards related to increasing safety, improving the working environment, quality and efficiency on the lines.
- Trains personnel for standards application, organizing and implementing autonomous maintenance activities in factories/internal logistics.
- Participates in the creation of plans for autonomous plant maintenance, proposes measures and monitors the implementation of the plan.
- Organizes and conducts employee training within the HPS tools.
- Collaborates with technical team engineers to develop standards and improve efficiency Initiates, encourages and motivates innovative work and actively participates in it.
- University degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, manufacturing Eng. as preferred options.
- MS Office English advanced level.
