このポジションについて At Henkel Japan's Adhesive Technologies Mobility & Electronics (AME) division, we are seeking an Application Engineer for products aimed at electronics professionals as part of our efforts to further expand the business. AME's key clients span a wide range of industries, including consumer device, digital printing, PC, display, gaming, smart phone, camera module and semiconductor such as image sensor, 5G and automotive applications.

ヘンケル・ジャパンの接着剤技術部門「モビリティ＆エレクトロニクス接着剤事業部（AME）」では、事業拡大の一環として、エレクトロニクス向け製品のアプリケーションエンジニアを募集しています。AME の主要顧客は、電子機器や家電製品などの消費者向けデバイスや、センサー、5G、自動車向けの半導体デバイスなど、幅広い業界にわたっています。

職務内容

• Field visits to end-users to understand habits, application specifics, analyze competitor landscape.
• Product recommendations, product applications demonstrations, technical visits
• Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.
• Support, Act and Takeover team management work for team leader.
• Handling the laboratory work by own or managing team (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers.
• Lead for several project handlings in parallel, propose next direction and lead its decision. And support customer and product development projects on adhesive technical knowledge deeply.
• Leverage customer technical feedback to optimize current offers and propose new business opportunities for sales and marketing colleagues.
• Support standardization process of technical documents & ensure same data in all platforms.
• Communicate with sales, marketing, Product Development, Innovation, members of technical field team or project team members. (Domestic and Oversea)
• Stay up to trend on latest application on electronics and adhesive industry
  
  

適したスキル

• High regard to have an experience of Engineer for Adhesive or Electronics industry
• Prefer to have an experience on Semiconductor package application (Image sensor, 5G, AI, Automotive power module/IC package etc.)
• Chemical/engineering/technical education, relevant for polymer science or chemical, mechanical technology
• Team management or leadership experience is highly preferred
• A successful team player with strong communication skills
• Good trouble-shooting and analytical skill.
• Hands on experience with sealants, adhesives and functional materials such as electrical and thermal conductive, or Technical background for analysis of adhesive technologies preferred
• Testing capability for Tensile test, adhesive strength, dispensing process, Microscope(Optical, SEM), chemical structure analysis(IR, EDX, GC-MS, GPC, NMR), rheology(Viscosity, DMA, TMA), thermal analysis(DSC, TGA), electrical/thermal property, UV curing
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Have own idea to optimize test method and analysis for application test
• Written and verbal English/ Japanese language skills are essential
• Willing to travel (Around 20% of the time)
