What You´ll Do

• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Proven experience managing chemical production processes
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain 5S and standard work
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

The salary for this role is $84000.00 - $120000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
