About this Position In this role, you lead the overall Governance and Quality of Environmental Data across Henkel. Establishe Henkel E-Data Governance directive to be enacted across the company with defined scope, roles & responsilibilities, data standards, data definitions and data ontology necessary to drive compliance, enablement, digitalization and controlling of Environmental data.

- Develop and implement robust environmental data governance policies, define internal data ownership and accountabilities, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
- Develop the Environmental Data Blueprint and establish general data standards, processes and policies that dictate how data should be captured, processed, stored, analyzed and reported for business insights and targets
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices, developments and evolving sust. Standards, identifying strategic elaboration for Henkel reporting and identify relevant development potentials. Drive advocacy of Henkel approaches and best practices in external initiatives, associations and gremia
- Define and Drive Environmental Data Quality strategy and roadmaps for reliable & qualitative data required for compliance and strategic enablement
- Establish relevant data governance awareness to upskill the organization for broader data improvement needs
- Implement and track progress of Data Quality improvement plans – in collaboration with Data Owners & Stakeholders
- Review and confirm methodological changes and new data processes to ensure compliance with internal data quality standards
- Master Degree in Data Science, IT, Data Architecture or similar
- Minimum 10 years experience in designing, leading, implementing data governance principles in complex global multi-stakeholder environment
- Demonstrable experience in defining and establishing data quality rules with principles, standards and dashboard metrics and translating those into concrete improvement actions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
- Demonstrated abilitiy to lead, inspire and empower individuals or teams to achieve common goals
- A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
- Entrepreuneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments
- Fluent English language skills, German is plus
