What You´ll Do
- Define and implement access control policies and procedures
- Create and implement security processes and procedures
- Define and assign user roles and permissions within cloud environment
- Generate compliance reports
- Monitor and audit system access activities
- Respond to security incidents and breaches
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in security and access management, preferably within HR or IT systems
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, access control models and compliance standards
- Deep understanding of security concepts and principles
- Proven ability to analyze, assess and mitigate security risks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with fluent English skills
