About this Position We’re looking for a Japanese‑speaking Operational Supply Planner (based in Kuala Lumpur) to support short‑term production and supply planning across Asia. Perfect for someone with 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, purchasing or customer service.

What You´ll Do

  • Translate mid‑term plans into short‑term production schedules
  • Monitor production performance and flag supply risks
  • Manage stock transfers up to the first decoupling point
  • Support inventory reviews (slow movers, obsoletes, policies)
  • Work with Schedulers, Purchasing and Material Planning Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your skills:

  • Japanese language skills — ESSENTIAL
  • 2+ years in supply/demand planning, procurement, purchasing or customer service
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Experience with SAP/APO/OMP/o9/Kinaxis (advantage)
  • Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering (preferred)
