About This Position

  • Take lead of part of Anhui/Zhejiang business and handle specific KA to fulfill the business target.
  • Develop a high growth ratio business growth plan and implement with country team (regional sales/PD/AE/BD).
  • Expanding business in existing market/customers to increase the shares and identify high growth markets and applications.

What you´ll do

  • Drive projects with team to achieve >10% growth targets every year.
  • Achieve PC% target every year.
  • Conduct deep market survey & establish focus value proposal & total solution with supporting team.
  • Work with brand owner and key customer for innovation projects.
  • Work with PD/AE on NPI targets and roll outs.
