About This Position
- Take lead of part of Anhui/Zhejiang business and handle specific KA to fulfill the business target.
- Develop a high growth ratio business growth plan and implement with country team (regional sales/PD/AE/BD).
- Expanding business in existing market/customers to increase the shares and identify high growth markets and applications.
- Drive projects with team to achieve >10% growth targets every year.
- Achieve PC% target every year.
- Conduct deep market survey & establish focus value proposal & total solution with supporting team.
- Work with brand owner and key customer for innovation projects.
- Work with PD/AE on NPI targets and roll outs.
- 5-10 years sales Working Experience.
