About this Position We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales Engineer to join our team focused on prefabrication technologies for the construction and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and supporting a holistic portfolio of solutions (e.g. adhesives, mortars, tiles system, coatings, and auxiliary systems) tailored for industrial producers and precast manufacturers.
This is a key customer-facing role, combining technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers, designers, and production stakeholders across multiple countries.

What You´ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial producers, prefabrication manufacturers, and construction stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and production departments
- Prepare technical and commercial offer, including detailed product selection, pricing and delivery terms in line with customer expectations and company standards
- Provide technical support, product trials, and training sessions on site, including
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regional teams to ensure alignment with market needs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, precast production, or engineering services
- Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers
- English – fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak/Polish – conversational level is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (min. 70%)
