What You´ll Do

  • Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
  • Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
  • Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Maintain databases, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc tasks, deep-dive analyses, and cross-functional projects that enhance commercial excellence.
  • What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in a global FMCG environment. Exposure to commercial strategy, market analytics, and brand operations. Strong analytical, technical, and business communication skills. Mentorship from experienced professionals and access to Henkel development resources.

  • Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel
