About This Position What You´ll Do

• Identify and collect process losses for all productive line
• Do a weekly and monthly summary of production losses
• Update the board and the cube with specific KPIs
• Support operator for Problem solving activites
• Participate in the daily direction-setting process – report results, flag issues and request resources
• Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes
• Cooperate with the team for procedure and standardization
• Provide on-site support for HPS communication activities and general event organisation

• Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other related fields
• Flexible attitude to new technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
