What You´ll Do

  • Lead regional contract manufacturing and supplier transformation projects, including outsourcing, production relocation, tendering, supplier onboarding, new product implementation, and supplier optimization.
  • Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups at European contract manufacturers.
  • Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, R&D, business functions, and external partners.
  • Support safety, health, and environmental audits, as well as quality audits.
  • Coordinate relevant topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and the supplier

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Min. 3 years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply chain management
  • Proven project management skills to coordinate a cross-functional project team
  • Open minded with willingness to find solutions out of the box
  • Fluent English skills are a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams
  • Good MS Office skills are required, SAP experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • B category driving licence
