What You´ll Do

  • Manages the plant storeroom and planning team, ensuring effective processes, accurate inventory reporting, and well‑maintained SAP bills of materials while resolving purchase order, invoice, or part‑quality issues. Interacts and negotiates with vendors to secure high‑quality products at the best pricing and delivery timelines, continuously reviewing service performance and communicating order status.
  • Leads maintenance scheduling and kitting activities to ensure preventive maintenance, engineering tasks, and operational projects are completed on time without impacting operations.
  • Partners with Cell Reliability and Quality teams to identify root causes of equipment failures or non‑conformances and implement sustainable preventive actions.
  • Ensures all equipment, materials, and work environments comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations, while conducting or participating in regular safety meetings.
  • Evaluates team performance, conducts skills assessments, and drives continuous employee education and development programs.
  • Maintains strong communication with Operations, listens to feedback, and ensures group activities do not hinder production; performs other duties as assigned.

What makes you a good fit

  • College degree in Engineering or Industrial related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
  • TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and 5S + Safety

The salary for this role is $85,000.00- $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
