What You´ll Do
- Manage end-to-end daily administrative affairs, including visitor reception, courier handling, office/factory cleaning services, drinking water supply, pest control, business card production, landline management, expense payment, and travel expense reconciliation.
- Oversee factory premises maintenance: collaborate with property management for effective information transmission and coordination, handle factory repairs, optimize workplace layout, and support factory renovation or relocation projects when required.
- Organize corporate events and meetings: plan and execute factory team-building activities, festival celebrations, and provide full support for group annual meetings; coordinate internal meeting arrangements, including venue preparation, reception, and follow-up.
- Administer office and factory resources: lead procurement of low-value consumables, office supplies, and equipment; maintain detailed registration, verification, and inventory management systems; develop and update related accounts to control costs efficiently.
- Manage company licenses and certificates: handle new applications, modifications, annual inspections, and other government-related liaison work to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Respond promptly to work directives from Henkel Humen factory and deliver high-quality results for ad-hoc and emergency administrative tasks.
- Supervise daily operations of factory-related suppliers (canteen, security, cleaning, pest control) to ensure service quality meets company standards.
- College degree or above (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), with basic English reading and writing skills for daily communication.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in any industry; prior experience in factory administration, renovation, or relocation is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment; strong data processing and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient handling of daily management and emergency responses.
- Sound sense of responsibility, dedication to work, and outstanding execution; proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
