About This Position
- Define & execute key account strategy to deliver target.
- Steer business development in defined automotive OEM by focus, strengthening & execution.
- Drive innovation roadmap establishment by customer intimacy.
- Work with cross functional teams to realize account strategy.
- Develop new business opportunities & sustain current business.
- Conduct operational work like quote, PO, shipping, etc.
- Build up customer strategy, prioritization.
- Documentation.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, preferred in Chemical or Automotive Engineering.
- 10 +years of sales experience in automotive industry, preferred experience with China local NEV OEMs.
- Key account management skills & business acumen.
- Strong ownership.
- Team spirit & capability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
