What You´ll Do
- Assist the supervisor in planning/organizing company events (annual dinner, team building, workshop, etc.) Ensure seamless execution in line with the company’s requirements and standards.
- Responsible for issuing IMS procurement order and conducting monthly cost tracking up;
- Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs. Provide dedicated administrative support for cross-departmental projects and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Undertake daily vendor management and assist in the contract renewal process, ensuring compliance with company policies..
- Support the supervisor in executing employee relationship management initiatives to foster a positive and cohesive workplace culture.
- Support the Supervisor with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- College degree or above, 2 years of relevant experience, preferred in MNCs.
- Good English skills, capable of handling bilingual work scenarios.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of office software, especially for excel & PPT.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, proactive in taking ownership of tasks and accountable for results.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work.
