About this Position We are looking for a passionate and experienced Education Expert to join our Professional Beauty Education team in Cape Town.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to salon professionals, supporting brand growth through technical expertise, product knowledge, and inspiring education experiences.

What You´ll Do

• Deliver professional education programs, seminars, and in-salon training
• Educate stylists on colour, care, and styling product ranges
• Support salon partners through technical expertise and product knowledge
• Represent the brand at events, shows, and educational workshops
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with salons and stylists

• Qualified hairdresser with strong technical colour knowledge
• Previous experience in education or training within the professional hair industry preferred
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills
• Passion for learning, teaching, and inspiring hair professionals
