About this Position As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. - Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
- Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
- Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned
- Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP and Order Entry Process
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred; SAP knowledge in order entry is an advantage
- Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented; continuous improvement mindset preferred
- Proficiency in English communication skills (verbal & written); Must have project management skills
- Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule (3:00 AM to 12:00 NN), following local country holiday, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
