What You´ll Do
- Manage customer agreements and listing‑fee contracts, ensuring accurate creation, administration, and collaboration with commercial and finance teams, while reporting performance to leadership.
- Oversee annual agreements, maintaining accurate central filing of all customer contracts.
- Drive business reporting by optimising data usage, improving reporting capabilities, and communicating regular insights to stakeholders.
- Support sales process efficiency across key systems (eShop, SAP, Salesforce) to enable smooth commercial operations.
- Collaborate with digital teams (eShop, Digital Support, ECRM) to enhance digital processes, including customer sign‑up, engagement, and catalogue maintenance, while providing broader support to the Business Intelligence function.
- Minimum Educational Requirements: A Levels: BBC or BTEC DMM, GCSE Maths and English Language (9-4)
- Can do attitude with the desire to learn and develop
- Proactive, passionate, team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate confidently with key internal stakeholders
- Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
