About this Position Your role Interested in understanding how material prices affect a global company’s profitability? Curious how purchasing decisions translate into financial impact? Join our Supply Controlling team and work closely with both Purchasing and Finance to provide insights that help Henkel make better decisions. In this role, you will mainly work with data, reporting, and business intelligence tools to explain material price developments and their impact on financial performance.

What You´ll Do

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on material prices and purchasing performance using BI tools
  • Support Headquarters and Purchasing teams with reporting and analysis related to forecasts, budgets, and plan vs. actual deviations
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making of Henkel Business Units and Purchasing department
  • Cooperate with Headquarters and other teams on Supply Controlling topics
  • Regular cooperation with the Supply Controlling team in Headquarters
  • Working with large datasets and preparing reports mainly in Power BI and Excel
  • Creating and improving standard reports and dashboards for Supply Controlling and Purchasing teams
  • Automating and simplifying reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot
  • Supporting projects focused on improving reporting quality and increasing efficiency in Supply Controlling and Purchasing

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Power BI (creating reports and dashboards)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience in reporting or analytics
  • English language on an active level
  • Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proactive way of working and ownership of tasks
  • Experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis is a plus
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
