About This Position

  • The purpose of this position is to support regional business team to better manage customer satisfaction and their increasing requirements. This position will work closely with key account managers to capture customer requirements and cascade their requirement for relevant sales and functions for execution, including CCMS (customer complaint management system) management and reduction driven.

What you´ll do

  • Organize and collaborate business and AO sites to drive customer satisfaction improvement for APAC key accounts and perform continuous improvement program aligned with global strategy.
  • Interact with global key accounts and stakeholders to troubleshoot customer complaints and issues and lead preventive action program to achieve continuous quality improvement.
  • Visit customer sites regularly to understand customer expectations and comfort customers by providing professional solutions.
  • Be involved as required training for customer satisfactions standard to sales and Henkel sites.
  • Collaborate function team to roll out global relevant projects in APAC as one of key role player.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree of Chemical or Engineering, master degree as a plus.
  • IATF16949 internal auditor, six sigma green belt certified, black belt as a plus.
  • English oral and written smoothly.
  • A solid experience of 5+ years working experience in quality management within Chemical, automotive or electronics industry, customer interface experience focus.
  • Knowing well related to IATF16949 , VDA 6.3, SPC, PPAP, FMEA etc.
  • 3+ years leadership experience, especially regional role.
  • Strong ability in planning and executing, positive attitude to take challenge.
  • Good English oral and written skill.
