About This Position

  • Work closely with Adhesive regional HRBP to provide timely & correct data analysis & insights, ensure regional HR topics & projects to be implemented smoothly & successfully.

What you´ll do

  • Partner with HRBPs, LCM, SSC, C&B team in GCN to provide excellent support related with lifecycle, day-to-day HR operations, C&B, TM related topics.
  • Work on reports & data analysis per Adhesive regional HRBPs’ request.
  • Support regional topics & projects & ensure implement smoothly & successfully.
  • Ensure proper approvals for all relevant HR processes in responsibility & full compliance.
  • Support managers & EEs on HR related process & inquiries.
  • Promote HR policies and initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Act as team player to look for improve opp0tunities, process optimization.

  • Office (PPT & excel & forms & PBI).
  • Good English both reading & speaking.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Familiar with labor law & HR policies.
  • HR system (SAP) is preferred.
