What You´ll Do

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the General Manager of Henkel Consumer Brands in Budapest
  • Support the Leadership Team and the broader Henkel Consumer Brands organization in daily operations
  • Provide precise administrative support and assist in internal processes
  • Organize internal events such as conferences, team-building activities, leadership meetings
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal meetings
  • Maintain, update and organize internal documentation
  • Provide general office coordination support
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Purchasing, PR, Facility Management etc.)
  • Support marketing and supply chain related projects
  • Work on special projects and act as an ambassador, supporting collaboration and communication across the organization

  • Students with ongoing studies preferably in the field of Business Administration (ideally with min. 1,5 years active student status)
  • Precision, attention to details
  • Fluent English & Hungarian
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, proactive and creative, with the will to succeed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team-player who thinks in terms of solutions, independent and driven by results
  • Analytical skills, sense for accuracy, perfectly able to work in Microsoft Office
  • Min. 25-30 hours/week with flexibility and min. weekly 2-3 office days are required
