What You´ll Do
- Provide oversight for all site operations, including building management, vendor partnerships, and essential systems such as security access control and parking
- Responsible for developing and managing the office budget
- Manage workplace transformations, including office moves, space optimization initiatives, capital improvements, and sitewide operational changes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SHE requirements, regulatory standards, and risk management controls
- Manage a team of internal employees and a third-party onsite vendor
- Serve as the liaison among internal brand/functions, landlords, vendors, and contractors
- Identify, evaluate, and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality and operational continuity
- Serve as the liaison for SHE & Sustainability initiatives at the site, including reporting, compliance programs, audits, and continuous improvement
- Support all company events and initiatives Oversee Print Shop, ensuring effective service delivery for all Hair Pro brands
- Collaborate with leadership to align office strategies, supporting future organizational goals and contributing to long-term planning and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, facilities management or an office leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading teams, managing vendor networks, and implementing operational improvements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong crisis management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing operations
