What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Execute local sales plans and strategies to maintain existing customers and acquire new ones across the south territory of Poland
- Develop and implement customer-specific action plans based on their roadmap
- Achieve sales and distribution targets within the assigned territory and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Collaborate with KAM and the sales team on priorities, pricing, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with Technical Customer Service to support trials and resolve customer issues
- Ensure excellent execution at the point of sale, including merchandising and brand representation
- Manage customer orders, agreements, reporting, and monitor overdue payments
- Minimum 3 years of experience B2B in field of technical sales or technical service
- Bachelor/Engineer degree in techincal area- wood technology/chemistry/mechanical faculty
- Driving licence with minimum 2 years of active usage Home location is South of Poland - Ready for travelling domestically and abroad
- Fluent Polish and English min. B2. - German, Ukraine or any additional languages are benefitial.
